All room rates include taxes and service charges, and no additional fees are required upon check-in.

A: For reservations made directly with the Green Hotel Group, please contact the branch directly to modify or cancel your reservation. For reservations made through other online platforms, please contact the customer service of that platform for any inquiries or requests. Cancellation or modification fees may vary depending on your booking plan.

【Online Booking Rules】

  1. By using our reservation system to reserve a room, you agree to pay the total price of the room you are reserving in order to confirm your right to reserve the room and price.
  2. Credit card payments you complete on the website will be immediately debited from the credit card account you provided.
  3. All prices listed online include tax and service charges.
  4. Passengers should pay attention to and abide by the operator's management regulations when using the operator's facilities. If they damage or destroy the facilities intentionally or negligently, they will be liable for compensation.
  5. If the scheduled accommodation date cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (personal factors are not applicable), such as the local county or city government announcing the suspension of work or school, the suspension of required transportation flights, or other force majeure or other reasons not attributable to either party, the guest must contact Green Hotel and complete the cancellation procedures within three days of the check-in date (including the scheduled accommodation date). Otherwise, the hotel will deem the reservation as a formal one and no cancellation or refund will be given.
  6. Similarly, if a guest is unable to arrive due to personal reasons, Green Hotel may postpone the booking by up to three months based on the scheduled accommodation date. If the guest fails to arrive at Green Hotel within this period, the booking will not be postponed and no refund will be given. If there is a difference in room rate after the revised accommodation date, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

【Cancellation Rules】

  1. Please cancel your reservation via the online booking system. The payment will be refunded to the original account within 7-14 working days after the cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your reservation 3 days before the scheduled check-in date, Green Hotel will refund 100% of the room fee.
  3. If you cancel your reservation 1-2 days before the scheduled check-in date, Green Hotel will refund the room fee of 50%.
  4. If you cancel on the scheduled accommodation date, Green Hotel will forfeit the total room charge.
  5. If you cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, a refund fee of 15 yuan will be charged

【Extension housing regulations】

  1. If a guest is unable to arrive due to personal reasons, Green Hotel may postpone the booking by up to three months based on the scheduled accommodation date. If the guest fails to arrive at Green Hotel within the specified period, the booking will not be postponed and no refund will be given. If there is a difference in room rate between the revised accommodation date and the date of stay, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
  2. Early Bird Offer: If you do not use the room on the scheduled date, you will need to pay the difference in room rate based on the actual date of your stay. You will not be able to continue using the room rate under the Early Bird Offer.
  3. Limited-time Offers: Offers can only be extended until the applicable date of the offer, and may not be extended beyond three months. If the offer is not used within the specified timeframe, the total room charge will be forfeited.

A: Most hotels in the Green Hotel Group offer extra-person services, and some hotels can accommodate extra beds.
