Counter service hours: 09:00-21:00.
Check-in time: 15:00 pm.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 (if there is any adjustment, we will inform you on the day of check-in).
Dinner is served from 17:00 to 19:00 (advance reservation required).
Due to the location and room layout of the entire park, no room type can provide extra bed service.
Children under 6 years old (inclusive): free of charge, no amenities included. The additional person fee is: $600 (including breakfast and amenities), limited to 1 person per room.
The hotel's preferential room rates are only applicable to official website and telephone bookings. Special holiday regulations, such as: consecutive holidays, New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year, etc., are based on the official website announcement. The hotel reserves the right to interpret the final room rate!
There are no refrigerators in the guest rooms in the entire park. If you need to refrigerate or freeze items, please contact the counter service staff.
The weather in the mountains changes rapidly and the temperature difference between day and night is large. Please prepare warm clothes, sunscreen and rain gear.
Smoking, taking drugs and chewing betel nuts are prohibited in the entire park and on the balconies of guest rooms. Please keep your voice down after 21:00 in the evening to maintain a quiet accommodation environment.
Zixin Garden adheres to the concept of friendly environment and sustainable coexistence, and contributes to this land through non-toxic planting methods. Therefore, various insects can be seen coexisting in the park, so please forgive us. The mountainous area of Cingjing is a peaceful resort. Most of the rooms at Zixin Garden are natural and warm wooden buildings with good sound insulation, where you can enjoy the sounds of nature. If you are bothered by the chirping of insects, birds or loud noises from neighboring rooms at night, please contact us for free earplugs.
