Wuling is the saddle between the main peak of Hehuan and the East Peak, located in the north of Kunyang, with an altitude of 3,275 meters. It is the highest point in Taiwan that can be reached by car. Except for some obstructions on the west side, the surrounding mountain lines are in full view. The east viewing platform is in an excellent location, where you can overlook the towering Qilai Mountains and the rolling grass slopes of Hehuan Mountain. The view is magnificent and vast. At dawn and dusk, there are even rolling clouds, which gently scratch the heart of the traveler.
