The Splendid Hotel Taichung is a five-star tourist hotel jointly funded and operated by two listed companies, the CMI Group and Prince Construction. Since the successful creation of a comprehensive shopping mall combining humanities, art, tourism and daily life functions with "QIM Eslite Greenway" in 2008, in order to provide more leisure, entertainment and cultural and creative space for Taichung citizens, the CMI Group once again cooperated with Prince Construction in 2011 to launch another complex shopping mall integrating technology, food, cultural and creative concepts - "Sponge Greenway" on the B1 to 6F of the Splendid Hotel Taichung.
