Located at an altitude of about 1,800 meters, the high-altitude scenic trail is built with the concept of a friendly tourist environment, with lanes for pedestrians and vehicles separated and traffic isolated. An elevated pedestrian walkway is built on the side of the road, and a wooden plank walkway is set up using steel structure elevated construction. The total length of the trail is about 1,600 meters, and the height is arranged according to the terrain changes, allowing tourists to safely visit the main attractions in the Qingjing area along Provincial Highway 14A, passing through the Qingqing Grassland Shopping Street to the North Grassland Visitor Center, and then connecting to the existing 55-step trail of Qingqing Grassland, walking to the National Guest House, forming a circular sightseeing pedestrian corridor with a total length of about 3,500 meters.

There are many viewing platforms on the trail, from which you can overlook dozens of hectares of green grasslands. You can also view the Central Mountain Range formed by Qilai North Peak, Qilai Main Peak, Nanhua Mountain, Nenggao Mountain, Andongjun Mountain and Hehuan Mountains from different angles. This is the first and only tourist and leisure trail in the country with such a landscape. Visitors can enjoy Taiwan's alpine scenery and the lush canopy ecology under their feet at the same time.
