Eligible guests may book a Standard Double Room from NT$1,400 on selected weekdays. To receive the promotional rate, the registered guest must present their own company business card when checking in. This verification gives business travelers a practical rate while staying in a convenient area of central Taichung.

Rooms and promotional rate

The promotion applies to the Standard Double Room, Classic Double Room, and Deluxe Double Room. The weekday promotional rate for a Standard Double Room starts from NT$1,400 per room. Rates for the other room types may vary according to the selected date and availability, so guests should contact the hotel directly for a quotation before making payment. Promotional rooms are limited each day and may sell out. Early enquiries are recommended when a business trip involves fixed dates or several colleagues.

Eligible stay dates

This offer is available for stays from Sunday through Thursday on regular weekdays. It is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, national holidays, long weekends, New Year’s Eve on December 31, or during the Lunar New Year period from Lunar New Year’s Eve through the fifth day of the new year. Availability follows the hotel’s booking calendar. Guests should confirm that their intended date qualifies before arranging transportation or transferring payment.

Business card verification

One valid company business card must be presented for each room at check-in. The card must belong to the guest who is registered and staying in that room. A card belonging to a colleague, friend, family member, or person who is not staying cannot be used. If the registered guest cannot present an eligible personal business card, the difference between the promotional rate and the applicable walk-in room rate must be paid at the hotel.

How to book and pay

Reservations must be made through one of the official EASYLAZY INN channels: telephone, official LINE account, official Facebook page, or official Instagram account. Guests should provide the check-in date, number of nights, number of guests, preferred room type, and mention the business card weekday promotion. The reservation team will confirm availability, the final rate, and payment instructions. Bookings made through online travel agencies or other third-party platforms are not eligible.

Full payment by bank transfer is required in advance. A room is successfully reserved only after the hotel confirms receipt of the full payment. Sending an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not complete the reservation. Because the number of promotional rooms is limited, guests should follow the payment deadline provided by the reservation team. If payment is not completed within that period, the room may be released.

Breakfast, parking, and contact

Breakfast and parking are not included. Guests who require parking may ask the front desk about the partner parking discount. Parking spaces, rates, and discount availability are subject to the partner car park’s current conditions. Drivers are encouraged to contact the hotel before arrival.
