Booking Information

Check-in time: 16:00.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
All reservations are kept until 18:00 on the same day (except for guaranteed reservations).
A buffet breakfast is provided according to the number of guests staying in the room.
Free parking is provided for each room (parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved in advance).
There is no extra bed service in the hotel. Children under 6 years old (not including 6 years old) use existing beds for free. An additional charge of 500 yuan per person is required for additional children.
Card service: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay cards are accepted. Booking on the official website is not exclusive to CITS cards. If you need to use CITS cards, please call to make a reservation.
Free services include: Wi-Fi, tourist food maps, luggage storage, taxi service, and chartered car travel consulting services (travel is at own expense).
The laundry room is located on the 13th floor of the main building, providing self-service laundry and self-drying services (at your own expense).
Free reservation: baby playbed (weight limit, recommended for infants under 1 year old), baby bathtub, crib bumper (reservation quantity is limited, please call or write to make reservation in advance).
In response to green travel, we invite you to join the ranks of environmental protection and plastic reduction:
- 1. The hotel does not provide bottled water. There are water dispensers on each floor, and cold water kettles and quick-boiling kettles are available in the guest rooms.
- 2. The guest rooms do not provide disposable amenities. Only slippers, towels, bottled shower gel, bottled shampoo, and hand soap are provided. If you need other amenities, please contact the counter.
- 3. The service of changing bed sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases is not provided for extended stays.
The preferential room rate is only applicable to reservations made on the official website and by phone. Special holidays are subject to the official website announcement (such as consecutive holidays, New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year, etc.). The hotel reserves the right to the final interpretation of the room rate.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel, including guest rooms and all public areas. If guests smoke during their stay, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the entire hotel. If you are found to have violated the regulations, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
The hotel prohibits illegal activities such as partying, drug use, and alcoholism. Anyone found will be reported to the police and the hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.
